1) Would be cool to have links in PEAR_Info()'s output which guide you directly to the package's page on pear.php.net for further information.
2) Also links to dependent packages on the PEAR_Info() page would be nice to have.

But there won't have links (even for deps) for package that have only a package xml 1.0
