Not having "quote_identifiers_tableinfo = 1" causes problems with MDB2 and certain table names. There is no documentation of this feature outside the code itself.

I think its just a typo. It should be 'quote_identifiers'

on tim's note - the need for quote_identifiers_tableinfo is explicit, not a typo
