Attached is a patch that adds two options to the PEAR container:
- url: Allows you to set the URL at which to authenticate PEAR-style
(helps when debugging locally)
- karma: Allows to require the user to have one of a given list of
karma levels in PEAR.

Christian you can attach diffs, if the system is being pissy with you then just rename it to txt for the time being :)

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
