I have a 17k patch to upload for a bug I filed against Contact_Vcard_Parse. It won't upload because the system has a max file size limit of 10k though it says on the add-patch page that the max file size is 20k.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
