I tried the spam protection (c.p. my other report for the reason ...) of the manual note form, and noticed that after a wrong answer in the captcha field the manual page URL gets lost, and the form can't be used anymore. These two errors are shown:
Error occured, missing: Note Address
Error occured, missing: Original Manual Page

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
