Description: ------------ It is not possible to see unconfirmed bugs and comments to bugs. I.e. if a person without an pearweb account reports a major bug but forgets to click the confirmation link, a developer will never get notified about this bug. I see the point of spam protection, but hiding potentially real bugs is IMHO not the solution.

If someone has a real bug, he can click on the confirmation link or email the author of the package (which will tell him to report a bug)

It makes sense to let developers about every bug. A solution might be another "view" besides "All"/"Open"/"Feedback", e.g. "Unconfirmed". BTW, even a bug that a user considers minor might have major implications or even security risks.

Yeah but as I said, a bug that has major security risk, the person will confirm it by clicking on the link. I will think about the unconfirmed bug and see how we could go about that, sounds like an interesting idea, however, I am not sure that unconfirmed bugs will be much relevant yet important. I'll start implementing this on localhost and see how it goes.

Read my comment again, please: Something that a user considers a minor problem might have major security implications that only the developer gets aware of while fixing the reported problem.
