Description: ------------ When submitting a bug, one gets to see a list with existing bugs that the new one might be duplicate of. This list shows totally unrelevant bugs; I don't even look at it anymore. It should show relevant bugs only, or it's useless.

This duplicate proves the problem best, some would call it irony.
