Description: ------------ Currently the list of unmaintained packages is hard to find and has restriction access in place (pear.dev karma). The list should more visible (and generated regularly as generating it live takes up some resources).

On the mailing list, more ideas came up: - Group by development status (devel, alpha, beta) - license - overall bug life time This would be basically a filtering capability for package listings.
