I don't have an environment setup to test anything but I think this patch will do it

To avoid confusion later: This request needs to be fixed together with Request #11044.
In addition to Joshua's request, I'd say that every developer (not only leads) of a package shouldn't see the verification screen. Developers should know what was already reported.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
