This object implements a one way hash chain using SHA. This is the same method discussed in radius (RFC 2138), and described in "Applied Cryptography" from Bruce Schneider (p. 353/"Karn"). And has been tested for compatibility with Perl's implementation, written by Eric Estabrooks. There are two methods in this object, one form is a straight block (en|de)crypter, the other is a base64 (en|de)coder. |
