Description: ------------ add command line ? option to specify encoding for html output: something like: <meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=iso-8859-1'/> replace to: <meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset={$encoding}'/> Expected result: ---------------- non iso-8859-1 character (national characters) will be show OK (browser select right encoding, now i must select it manualy - override html header) Actual result: -------------- bad displaying non iso-8859-1 characters (national characters missing in iso-8859-1)
