Description: ------------ The German sharp S (ß) is converted incorrect. It isn't treated as a special character but simply replaced by "ss". Example: josefßon.org Net_IDNA convertes it to xn--josefsson-.org But the correct code is: josefsson.org

The reason for that bug has been tracked, although the class is basically right by converting the sharp S to double s. A patched version should be online shortly.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at http://pear.php.net/get/Net_IDNA

Unfortunately, the new release within PEAR will be available not until about saturday. If you need a quicker fix, you might download a ZIP with the current version from http://phlymail.de/?page=downloads&what=idna
