I'm voting -1, because my questions in the proposal stage have not been addressed. Don't get me wrong - I'm in favour of having the package in PEAR, but I'd like to make sure that my concerns get handled properly before submitting the code to PEAR. So in case the proposal does not get accepted, I'd like to ask you to clear up the open questions and start a new proposal. You'll get a +1 from me then.
