Pure PHP Implementation of the Camellia block cipher. Camellia is one of the selected block cipher by New European Schemes for Signature, Integrity, and Encryption (NESSIE) and specified in several RFCs. It is stronger than AES according to the security margin, and implemented in some free softwares, such as FreeBSD, Linux, OpenSSL, Firefox 3 and so on.
