PEAR has elected its first President!
[May 4, 2007]On May 1, 2007, The PEAR community officially elected Gregory Beaver as the first president of PEAR. Gregory will serve a term from May 1, 2007 until May 1, 2008.
The role of president is documented in the new constitution at this location. The president will work closely with the PEAR Group to shape policy that affects the entire PEAR repository.
