Validate_IS

Package contains locale validation for Iceland such as:

1. SSN (Social Security Number (Icelandic: kennitala))

2. Postal code (Icelandic: post numer)

3. Address (Icelandic: heimilisfang)

4. Telephone number (Icelandic: simanumer)
