Provides a set of usefull, static functions related to the Hyper-Text-Transfer-Protocol.
- HTTP::Date -- format a date
- HTTP::head -- sends a "HEAD" command
- HTTP::negotiateLanguage -- Negotiate language with the user's browser
- HTTP::redirect -- redirects the client
