Description

Constructor

Parameter

  • string $message - the error message. A brief description of the occured failure or problem.

  • string $code - the error code. An error specific number.

  • integer $mode - the error mode

  • mixed $options - error mode specific options

  • string $userinfo - a string for additional user or debug info

Note

This function can be called statically.
