Extension dependencies check method

Parametr

mixed &$errmsg

this variable will contains an error message, if check fail

string $name

Name of the extension to test

string $req

Required extension version to compare with

string $relation

How to compare versions with eachother

Zwracana wartość

mixed - FALSE if dependency could be resolved successfully(!); or an PEAR_DEPENDENCY_* constant in case of an unresolved dependency.
