Either a I18Nv2_DATETIME constant or a custom time format.

Parameter

integer $format

a I18Nv2_DATETIME constant

boolean $custom

whether to use a defined custom format

Return waarde

Geeft TRUE terug bij success, PEAR_Error als het faalt.
