説明

結果がエラーかどうか知らせます (例えば $value が HTML_QuickForm_Error のインスタンスかどうか)。

返り値

return $value がエラーかどうか。

例外・エラー

throws 投げられる例外はありません。

この関数は、スタティックにコールする ことができます。
