選択した package.xml のバージョンに応じた、 適切な package.xml パースオブジェクトを返します。

パラメータ

string $version

package.xml のバージョン (1 あるいは 2)。

例外・エラー

例外はスローされません。

この関数は、スタティックにコールする ことはできません。
