説明

channel.xml の内容をパースし、PEAR_ChannelFile オブジェクトに保存します。

パラメータ

string $data

package.xml ファイルの内容。

返り値

パースに成功したかどうかを返します。

例外・エラー

例外はスローされません。

注意

この関数は、スタティックにコールする ことはできません。
