Services_Weather_Metar::setMetarDB() -- Définit les paramètres nécessaire pour se connecter à la DB, où la recherche d'endroit va y rechercher ces données. Vous devez construire une DB avec l'utilitaire externe buildMetarDB dans un premier temps, il récupère les endroits et les aéroports depuis un site web NOAA
