Note: Si vous affichez plusieurs formulaires sur une même page, alors les SELECT hiérarchisés dans ces formulaires doivent avoir un nom unique. Dans les autres cas, les valeurs pour le dernier SELECT hiérarchisé avec le même nom écrasera les valeurs du précédent. Il est très difficile de corriger ce comportement avec l'architecture actuel de QuickForm. Voir Request #5718.
