Options passées à la ligne de commande comme "install/download". La seule option affectant PEAR_REST est offline, qui fait que toutes les récupérations se feront dans le cache local sans même essayer de récupérer la ressource distante.

Note

Cette fonction ne peut pas être appelée de façon statique.
