PEAR_ErrorStack::staticPopCallback() -- Efface un callback pour toutes les callbacks d'error de la pile

Description

Efface un callback de toutes les erreurs de la pile. Aucune vérification n'est effectuée pour déterminer si c'est une bonne idée, utilisez donc cette fonction avec prudence.

Aucune exception n'est lancée.
