PEAR_Info::setProxy() – Sets PEAR HTTP Proxy Server Address

Description
Sets http_proxy config setting at runtime.
Note: Since version 1.7.0RC1, it become unnecessary, unless you don't want to use the http_proxy config setting of your PEAR config file.
