DB_common::quote()

DB_common::quote() -- DEPRECATED: Quotes a string

Synopsis

string quote (string $string)

Beschreibung

Quotes a string database-dependent, so it can be safely used in a query

This method has been deprecated. Use quoteSmart() or escapeSimple() instead.

Parameter

string $string

the input string to quote

Rückgabewert

string - the quoted string.

Hinweise

Diese Methode kann nicht statisch aufgerufen werden.

Warnung

Diese Methode ist veraltet. Das bedeutet zukünftige Versionen dieses Packages müssen diese Methode nicht mehr besitzen.

Deprecated in release 1.6.0.
