Description: ------------ All of the PHP code, with exception of Canvas/Color.php, is licensed under the LGPL; however, Canvas/Color.php is licensed under the PHP 2.02 license. Because the PHP license does not meet the DFSG this is an issue for package inclusion within the Debian distribution. Possible solutions would be: 1) to remove the file if it is not needed 2) have code included into Image_Color if applicable 3) use Image_Color2 which appears to be LGPL'd if possible 3) consider Image_Canvas non-free

True, but since this file/class was not developed by your truly I cannot change the license. Using Image_Color2 for this pretty simple job seems overkill.

Well, then you should state both licenses in package.xml
