Description: ------------ Download cycles between the following error and a valid download. First time starts download (in my case a PDF), second time the error, third time download, and so on. The error: Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /usr/share/php/HTTP/Download.php on line 929 Typical array-reference problem with explode.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
