Description: ------------ Adding files with UTF8 chars to a archives works OK, only upon extraction, the names are mangled. The content of the files themselves are OK. FOr instance I wanted to create a ZIP file of a directory with ame "Vive La Fête! - République Populaire". Directory gets added fine, but while extracting the file on Windows (using winzip, winrar or native util), the archive contains a directory called "Vive La F+¬te! - R+¬publique Populaire"
