Hi,
if PEAR Package "Mail_mime" isn't installed, i expect a PEAR Error Object, but for now $mul is just an NULL soap_attachment Object.
It seems that something went wrong in SOAP's Value.php on Line 189, where PEAR::raiseError is called.
Test script:

Expected result:

A PEAR Error if attachment could not created because of missing "Mail_mime"
