Description: ------------ Pear's Builder module doesn't pass the location of it's matching 'php-config' to the ./configure script of the package(They have --with-php-config= setting) making PECL/PEAR unusable in custom installation because packages become configured for system installed PHP instead of own custom one. I've attached simple patch for this issue.
