Description:

Net_URL2 is not part of f the include-path any longer as the
include
path to Net_URL2 Net/URL2.php file has been has been
removed.
Now HTTP_Request2 will crash if no PEAR include path is
properly
configured with PHP.
This is the case with composer based installations.

Please, tag a release with this fix, which was already integrated in this commit: https://github.com/ktomk/HTTP_Request2/commit/0b422776d1f01725a30f0f586ee73e3afb678bb8.
If there is any reason to no release a new version with this change, a PR adding support to install dev versions was done: https://github.com/pear/HTTP_Request2/pull/12.
