Description: ------------ As can be seen at https://scrutinizer- ci.com/g/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions- WikibaseDatabase/issues/files/src/MySQL/MySQLIndexSqlBuil der.php?filter%5Blabels%5D%5B%5D=2 the line 'namespace Wikibase\Database\MySQL;' seems to trigger the message 'Function mysql() has been deprecated' Expected result: ---------------- I would not expect this to happen

I couldn't replicate the mysql error specifically (probably a php version difference) but I think I replicated the general issue anyway. I've made a fix here: https://github.com/squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer/commit/f8fbe3b57b610d8a395da5fd6a 949e9194b5bc08
