Description:

package2.xml misses tasks to replace @package_version@ with actual version. This prevents unit tests in installed package from running and the class itself from having proper version in PHPDoc.
Expected result:

Unit tests run, Net/URL2.php has a proper release version
Actual result:
--------------
Unit tests do not run, Net/URL2.php contains
* @version Release: @package_version@

This bug has been fixed in SVN.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
