Description: ------------ In 0.4.0, "pear install Testing_DocTest" installs to Testing/Testing/DocTest.php in the PEAR directory. It is then broken until the extra directory level is removed. This has been reproduced in installs on both RHEL5 and Ubuntu. It installed correctly in Testing/DocTest.php in 0.3.1. In fact, I just did "pear upgrade Testing_DocTest" on a working 0.3.1 install, and the upgrade to 0.4.0 broke it by moving it to Testing/Testing/DocTest.php.
