Description: ------------ The documentation tells us about a table which is used as container, but no .sql file containing the CREATE TABLE code exists. Could that be added to the package and linked from the tutorial?

There are some examples already in the /docs/examples dir of the package. I added one more example for using Translation2 with a db and one table per language. I also added a paragraph in the manual.
