Description: ------------ I now get: [Fri Oct 24 11:43:18 2003] [error] ERROR [8] Undefined index: transfer-encoding in /usr/local/share/pear/HTTP/Request.php:771 [Fri Oct 24 11:43:18 2003] [error] ERROR [8] Undefined index: content-encoding in /usr/local/share/pear/HTTP/Request.php:797 After upgrading to 0.8RC2 and more importantly "Invalid HTTP Response" is returned for each soap request to the server. I also got the following: SOAP fault (FetchAuthUser): <br /> <b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 606 bytes) in <b>/usr/local/share/pear/SOAP/Base.php</b> on line <b>561</b><br/><br /><b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 0 bytes) in <b>Unknown</b> on line <b>0</b><br /> Nothing works basically, will downgrade..

I found the error null error is due to a fault in my code. I had created a member for finding out the SOAP Clients IP. The Undefined index errors however are due to there not being an isset() function around the if statements so they should ideally be patched.

Recategorizing. The soap bug was due to an error in the user code. The undefined index affects HTTP_Request. Jonathan: could you specify which version of HTTP_Request you are using ?

HTTP_Request-1.1.1 it seems.

This is fixed in CVS. Expect a new release soon.
