Description: ------------ When php.exe is for instance located in c:\program files\php\ running pear run-tests -u on a package or a cvs checkout fails silently. This is because when a command is run on Windows, it actually is a call to cmd.exe with the command as a parameter. This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
