Description: ------------ On the page: http://localhost/pear/index.php?command=list-channels there is no validation of the channel url. That means if I hit enter with an empty box, I will get Warning: parse_url(http:///channel.xml) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL Downloader.php on line 1556

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
