Description: ------------ Tesco have been operating a mobile network in Ireland. Phone numbers on that network have the prefix '089' and do not currently validate. Test script: --------------- require_once 'Validate/IE.php'; $noYes = array('NO', 'YES'); $phoneNumber = "089 1111111"; echo "{$phoneNumber}:"; echo $noYes[Validate_IE::phoneNumber($phoneNumber)]."\n"; Expected result: ---------------- 089 1111111: YES Actual result: -------------- 089 1111111: NO

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
