Anyone can comment on a bug. Have a simpler test case? Does it work for you on a different platform? Let us know! Just going to say 'Me too!'? Don't clutter the database with that please !

Description: ------------ Currently it is not possible to use File_CSV to directly write to php://output or php://stdout since the protocol is stripped out in File.php. If you have an application that creates downloadable CSV files, you probably want to directly output it to the browser instead of writing it to disk first.
