Anyone can comment on a bug. Have a simpler test case? Does it work for you on a different platform? Let us know! Just going to say 'Me too!'? Don't clutter the database with that please !

Description: ------------ The DocBlock_Lexer class (phpDocumentor/DocBlock/Lexer.inc) is not used in the current PhpDocumentor app. I am removing it, along with its associated PHPT tests (Documentation/tests/DocBlock_Lexer). This is code cleanup only... no bugs or enhancement work.

Removed Lexer.inc and PHPT tests, as well as their parent directories. Verified package.xml still cleanly packaged up, verified the TGZ installed ok, and verified that PhpDocumentor install could cleanly document itself. File removals committed to CVS.
