Description: ------------ When using the webform to send an email a captcha is required even though i'm logged in. It would be nice not to have a captcha for pear.dev karma holder (or something)

Where do you encounter a captcha when you are logged in and on a user account page ? The only way you'd get an captcha is if you access account-mail.php straight, but well I'll fix it.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.

I went to the user profile page and clicked on "contact via webform"

Odd since you should get emails straight out if you are logged in as pear.dev or higher :)
