Description: ------------ bugs/bug.php and bugs/include/functions.php generate several PHP notices. The attached patch removes them. (Some lines are rather long now, but they are more readable this way and the code already contains long lines.)

I have updated my patch. Notices that were generated for not logged-in people are not also removed. The changes work here, but a review can't hurt.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. I found quite a few more places to fix, thanks for the initial work

I've found some more notices. Patch is attached. Fix for bug #10906 has also added a new notice (see my report there).
