Description: ------------ There are several OCI function calls in oci8.php that are not prefixed with "@" but are immediately followed with a call to $this->oci8RaiseError(). It mainly occurs with OCIExecute and OCIParse calls. Cleaner error handling may be achieved if these calls were prefixed with "@". There are other OCI calls in oci8.php that are not prefixed but do not handle errors. I'm not suggesting these be changed in this bug; that is probably a larger task. The affected file has timestamp: // $Id: oci8.php,v 1.10 2003/06/11 16:42:44 cox Exp $ Reproduce code: --------------- None at this stage; will produce one if that changes are perceived to be non-obvious.
