I just noticed the Bug Summary, and it's mighty helpful - but it just needs one more thing.
I can't judge if 6 bugs is any better than 22, the package might be newer and less proven.
Compare MDB2:

* Number of open bugs: 6
* Average age of open bugs: 53 days
* Oldest open bug: 113 days
With DB:
» Bug Summary
* Package Maintenance Rank: 119 of 163 packages with open bugs
* Number of open bugs: 22
* Average age of open bugs: 392 days
* Oldest open bug: 1146 days
We just need to add in a '22 of 2,354 bugs' to make this more useful

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
