Description: ------------ Classes decending from a private class, or a non existing class, are not grouped correctly. Test script: --------------- http://svn.ez.no/svn/ezcomponents/packages/Mail/releases/1.0beta2/src/ and http://svn.ez.no/svn/ezcomponents/packages/Database/releases/1.0beta2/src/ Actual result: -------------- See: http://ez.no/doc/components/view/(file)/1.0beta2/classtrees_Mail.html There are multiple "Root classes" which actually inherit from "Exception" (as a side note, the tool also gives warnings about not knowing the "Exception" class during parsing). http://ez.no/doc/components/view/(file)/1.0beta2/classtrees_Database.html There are multiple classes which inherit from the private class (ezcDbUtilities). As you can see this is not grouped. (The display of private classes is not enabled as we don't use -pp on for the documentation)

this requires extensive modification to converters, I'll make it happen though

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
